This dashboard is provided by the Media Bureau of the FCC for the purpose of submitting, managing, and searching requests for funding from the FCC’s Incentive Auction Broadcaster Relocation Fund Reimbursement, commonly called the FCC Form 399.
To file a Form 399, MVPDs must log in using their COALS login.
Effective October 18, 2022, the COALS database system has been transitioned to a modernized platform and the COALS ID has been retired. However, COALS IDs must continue to be used to file Form 399 utilizing the last username and password that the 399 was associated with.
If you do not have a COALS Login, or need assistance with your COALS login, please email the reimbursement helpdesk at reimburse@fcc.gov.
