Building Partition

This cost is to provide permitting for building partition and electrical service installation in the shared space. This install is to provide security for broadcasters and sufficient power for transmitters. See Exhibit 3.

Asbestos and Lead Paint Testing

Asbestos testing, removal and abatement for walls which could contain lead paint and/or the flooring may contain asbestos, because of the age of the facility and the era when the original construction took place. (See Exhibit 3.)
