See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. | KAZA ceased analog operations prior to this reporting period. Licensee's responses to this form therefore refer only to the station's digital program streams. After due review of internal station records and documentation provided to us by program suppliers, the licensee hereby certifies as follows: (i) the only programs specifically designed for children ages twelve and under that the station broadcast this quarter are disclosed in this report (including in this Question 17) and (ii) the licensee fully complied with the FCC's commercial limits, as specified at 47 C.F.R. Section 73.670, with respect to these programs. KAZA timely filed this report on April 11, 2011. After filing, KAZA noticed an oversight in its response to Question 8a and filed a revised report to correct this oversight and to make other minor changes for the sake of clarity.On January 3rd, 2011 , and episode of "El Super Libro" was preempted. KAZA was unable to reschedule the episode that was preempted but instead broadcast and additional episode of Cybercuates on Januany 26th at 8:30am. KAZA made promotional efforts to notify the public of this additional broadcast. On March 1st, KAZA began broadcasting a multicast video stream full time on subchannel 54.2. |
