After due licensee hereby certifies that the station fully complied with the FCC's commercial limits in children's programs, as specified at 47 C>F>R> Section 73.670 with respect to all programs specifically designed for children ages twelve (12) and under. Due to technical hardware difficulties that impacted the Weather Channel network, Licensee was unable to air certain children's core programming at the respective program's time. Licensee attempted to reschedule each affected episode during the program's respective second home; however, the same technical difficulties prevented certain episodes from airing as planned. As a result, certain episodes were not aired during the second home and the episodes originally scheduled for Saturday, July 20, 2013 were not aired.
