Viewers are encouraged to visit www.letsmove.gov and use the USDA's Food Guidance System as an effective tool to help their children make healthy choices. 2) :60 & :30 PSA - "Discover Nature Unplug" - A disconnected family is shown by forest animals how to reconnect with nature and each other. Viewers are encouraged to visit www.discovertheforest.org for more information. 3) :60 & :30 & :15 PSA - "GED Pep Talk" - A large number of celebrities answer phone calls from students at an imaginary call center, encouraging them to study and do well on their General Educational Development tests. Real pep talks for students are available at www.yourged.org. 4) :60 & :30 PSA - "Reading Book People" - LeVar Burton and a large collection of characters from literature gather to spread the word that every child should have a book to encourage literacy. The 60 second spot uses animation to depict two childhood friends growing up in the digital age and their friendship ending when one texts while driving.
