Music, songs, and stories are an integral part of the program. There is much more to ImagineLand, however, than music. Each episode contains an important message that is presented in a subtle and entertaining manner so that children may not even realize that they are learning a valuable lesson. The lessons learned in each episode cover a wide spectrum of life experiences. For example, one of the primary characters is Wenzel, a pig who cannot read. Wenzel forms a special alliance with Lela Bea Bunny, Mr. Houston, and General Sam, who help teach him that he has a value all of his own despite his inability to read. In return, Wenzel earns his keep by contributing his handyman skills around the farm. Future episodes will focus on Wenzel's struggle to get an education.

Include any other comments or information you want the Commission to consider in evaluating your compliance with the Children's Television Act (or use this space for supplemental explanations). This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. This report should have been filed in July 2011 but was not due to an apparent inadvertent miscommunication between Sam Jacobs, the president of JBS, Inc., and the company's FCC counsel. This report is being filed now on the basis of information from Chris Rice, a former employee of JBS, Inc. during the time period covered by this report. Mr. Jacobs was convicted in April 2012 of mail fraud and other felonies and has been incarcerated since that time. The certification for this report is being made by Nathaniel J. Webb, III, the local attorney for JBS, Inc. who has been given power of attorney for Mr. Jacobs during his incarceration.
