The topics ranged from drug awareness to the Center for Missing Children. We also aired The Children's Medical Center Holiday Parade on D1 on 12/23/12 at 3PM-4PM. The Parade was started by the Adolphus and Children's Medical Center as a gift to the Dallas, TX community. Now in its 25h year, this nationally televised event draws crowds of more than 350,000. This parade features festive floats, giant inflatable balloons, celebrities and performances, marching bands, and costumed cartoon characters, the parade has become part of the holidays for thousands of families in Texas and across the country.
