Following are highlights of effort made by WLYH-TV to address educational and informational needs of children in the H-L-L-Y market during Third Quarter 2011: During Third Quarter 2011, WLYH-TV aired no fewer than 10 different PSAs specifically geared toward children. All PSAs aired on multiple occasions throughout the previous three-month period. Topics included, but were not limited to: anti-drug, science and environmental issues, general safety, and the importance of staying in school. WLYH also launched WLYH DT2, The Cool TV on April 15th, 2011.
