Include any other comments or information you want the Commission to consider in evaluating your compliance with the Children's Television Act (or use this space for supplemental explanations). This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. The station was acquired by WGXA Licensee, LLC on September 3, 2014. See FCC File No. BALCDT-20140423ABZ. Question Number 11 was revised when the new licensee discovered the information provided was not accurate, which has been corrected. During the 3rd quarter , WGXA addressed the educational and informational needs of children through a variety of programming, events, and sponsorships. In an ongoing commitment to the Middle Georgia Community Food Bank, we brought awareness, funds, and food to this organization at a time in the summer months when their needs are most critical for children. Since many children tend to eat their only good meal of the day at school, the summer months are especially busy with the food bank. We also sponsored a local music festival which has a dedicated area related to children's activities. We set up a booth where we allowed children to see what it's like to use a green screen to give a weather report, or even be a virtual rock star.
