See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. The 3.3 channel began broadcasting on 12/8/2015. During 4th Quarter 2015 KTVO continued with the Missouri Food Bank, Feed the Hungry Campaign. KTVO Station Manager, Carol Kellum, serves on the Board of Advisors for the Missouri Food Bank. KTVO has produced and air PSA's to make the public aware of the need to feed the hungry in the heartland. October 7, 2015- Dan Magruder participated in the "Career's on Wheels" event for Putnam County Elementary school students. Dan Magruder took the KTVO Live Truck and show students around the truck and demonstrated how it is used in television broadcasting. October 29, 2015- Andrew Grove, Assistant News Director, participated in the 8th grade career day at Indian Hills Community College. Andy explained to students about careers in broadcasting and what kind of education is needed for broadcast journalism. November 6, 2015- Andrew Grove, Assistant News Director, and Alex Wilson, a KTVO reporter was at the Davis County High School Career fair. The Freshman through Senior Classes stopped by the KTVO table to learn about a reporter's job responsibilities, experiences and education. November 10, 2015- Chief Meteorologist, Teresa Carter, spoke to the 5th and 6th graders at Faith Lutheran School in Kirksville, Missouri about weather. December 3, 2015- Dan Magruder gave a station tour to 17 students from Truman State University that are part of the organization, The Language Company. They toured the facility and learned about news and weather.
