See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. KAYU FOX 28 locally produces Public Service Announcements targeting children. Our goal is to make a positive impression on children and their families. These PSAs stimulate thought, create deeper awareness, and give kids valuable practical information that they can apply to their lives. These spots focus on safety, health, education, the environment and emotional well-being. KAYU-TV terminated analog programming on February 16, 2009. With respect to question 10, programs 2,3,4,11,12,13 and 14 are qualified children's programs that are broadcast on our secondary digital channel, THIS TV (ch. 28.2). This secondary broadcast began on February 1, 2009. As the FCC was closed Oct. 10 2013 due to Federal Government shutdown, this report was timely filed.
