Families submit their favorite high-calorie, family-style recipes, and two chefs face off in a head-to-head competition to give the recipes a low-calorie twist. After making each rehabbed recipe in their own kitchen, the family chooses their new favorite. This recipe makeover challenge promotes using healthy, wholesome ingredients and shows healthy food choices can have positive effects on quality of life. On 11/1, we moved our 7am Children's programming because we started airing a Saturday Morning Newscast from 6-8am. This moved the 7am Children's Programming (Lucky Dog and Dr. Chris Pet Vet) to 10am. On 11/1, Recipe Rehab was preempted at 11:30am due to CBS Sports at 11:30am. We madegood the show on 11/01 at 9:30am, our second home. Starting 3/16/15, We will start airing GRIT-TV. This will replace AntennaTV currently on air now. Because of the change, our Children's programming on AntennaTV will change over to GRIT TV's E/I programming.

Animal Atlas promotes a better understanding of how various animal species live and what they need to survive. Each episode stands alone as an entertaining look into the world of animals- whether visiting a particular group of animals, such as big cats, or meeting the animals of an entire continent. Through Animal Atlas, viewers discover the variety of places that animals live, how they find food, and how they play. The show also looks at how family units operate, from a community of thousands of prairie dogs, to a pride of lions, to a school of fish. Certain episodes also explore animal features such as diet, locomotion, adaptation, and how animals take care of their young. Along the way, Animal Atlas educates young viewers about endangered species and provides information on how to support wildlife conservation.
