Regarding the E/I symbol - KBS America (KTSF Ch. 26.3) does not have English language graphic insertion capability. Further, KBS America suggest that, since the Korean language does not use Roman alphabet characters and, since their programming targets a Korean speaking audience, the E/I symbol will not make sense to their viewers. KTSF 26.4 content is produced in China and transmitted via satellite. Most of the programming is either dubbed or subtitled in English. KTSF 26.5 (Vietoday) is an all-Vietnamese language channel. With respect to item 14 - program schedule information for the Korean channel (26.3), the Chinese/English channel (26.4), and the Vietnamese channel (26.5) is made available to KTSF 1-3 weeks in advance of broadcast.
