WGEN-TV aires numerous public service announcements discussing topics directly relevant to children and families. According to a MundoFox Network memorandum distributed December 11, 2014, during the months of October and November, all episodes of the programs "Making Stuff", "Wibbly Pig", and "Artzooka" failed to include an "E/I" bug. The "E/I" bug was reinserted into all shows beginning December 7, 2014.
