KEPR ran PSA's during the quarter of interest to children covering topics such as drug abuse, child abuse, don't text and drive, etc. From the information provided in the PSAs, children and viewers may better identify problems and handle difficult situations as they arise. Also this quarter KEPR sponsored the 11th Annual Dinner for Friends benefiting the Boys and Girls Clubs of Benton and Franklin Counties. KEPR also participated in the NAB's Project Road Block which is a campaign that broadens the awareness to the public not to drink and drive during the holidays as well as a special message to the youth reminding them of the consequences of underage drinking.
