Effective August 1, 2009 KCVU began broadcasting a secondary digital channel 20.2, the secondary channel airs all network programming from the ThisTV network. Three hours of Childrens Educational and Informational programming is aired Saturdays from 7am to 10am. The licensee KCVU 20.2 has fully complied with FCC's commercial limits with respect to the following programs aired on Saturdays from 7a-10am: Green Screen Adventures, Busytown Mysteries, The Busy World of Richard Scarry,Cake, Dance Revolution, Sonic Underground, Sonic the Hedgehog, Evolution The Animated Series, Stargate Infinity, and Magi-Nation. All of 20.2 THIS TV network programs designed for Children 12 years old and younger, scheduled for Broadcast during the first quarter of 2012, complied with sections 73.67(b) (c) (d) of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission, 47 C.F.R. 73.67 (b) (c) (d). None of these programs, promotional or PSA announcements scheduled within or adjacent to these programs contained any URL's, with the possible exception of fictional URL's or commercial free websites. No more than 10.5 minutes of commercials aired per hour during core programming on 20.2
