WEMT-TV went to full time digital operations on June 12, 2009. This will certify that WEMT did not exceed commercial limits in core children's programming during 1Q2011. "YOUNG ICONS" PREEMPTED ON 2/5/11 DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEMS.
