Children's programming was preempted on Saturdays, July 28, August 4 and August 11 due to NBC's coverage of Olympics. Children's programming was preempted on Saturday, September 29 due to NBC's coverage of Golf: The Ryder Cup. WCSH 6 rescheduled all of the preempted children's programs. Wild Ltd., which ran on Saturdays at 3:30pm on the station's digital subchannel, Litton ceased production of the program and consequently the program was only available to be aired through Saturday, August 25, 2012. Wild about Animals replaced Wild Ltd. and began airing on Saturday, September 1, 2012. The station decided to replace Sports Stars of Tomorrow (B), which ran Sundays at 3:30pm on the stations digital subchanel, with a new show Whaddyado.
