Include any other comments or information you want the Commission to consider in evaluating your compliance with the Children's Television Act (or use this space for supplemental explanations). This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. On Saturday July 28, 2012 WEHT experienced a power failure beginning at 8:17am and ending at 4:45pm. Due to this power failure all the E/I children's programming that morning did not air. WEHT aired E/I children's programming for 12 weeks not 13. WEHT airs 4 hours of children's E/I programming each week so the average is still above 3 hours a week for the quarter. On Saturday August 11, 2012 ABC News aired a breaking news cut in from 8:10am-8:51am pre-empting 20 minutes of Jack Hanna's Wild Countdown and 20 minutes of Ocean Mysteries.
