All E/I programming on the station's secondary digital stream is either new or secondary episodes provided by the syndicator that do not air on our digital main stream or DTV simulcast channels WITH the exception of Animal Atlas Classics which airs at least 2 weeks later. After due review of internal station records and documentation provided to us by program suppliers, the licensee hereby certifies that the station fully complied with the FCC's commercial limits in children's programs, as specified at 47 C.F.R. Section 73.670. The station did not broadcast any programs specifically designed for children ages twelve and under. The Station has completed the transition to digital television. Therefore, the responses to questions 4 and 7 apply solely to the Station's primary digital program stream.
