Include any other comments or information you want the Commission to consider in evaluating your compliance with the Children's Television Act (or use this space for supplemental explanations). This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. On April 30, 2015, Power Television International, LLC transferred its controlling interest in Stations WMEI, WQQZ-CD and WOST (the "Stations") to Max Media IV LLC. (See Transfer of Control Application, File No. BTCCDT - 20131231ACA). Throughout the quarter, the Stations' KidVid programming did not change. This report reflects the time period before and after the consummation of the transfer of control because the FCC's filing system for Children's Television Programming Reports only allows the submission of one Report per station per quarter. WOST was off air for the majority of the quarter due to technical problems. Station went silent on March 23, 2015 and resume operations on June 13,2015. The average number of hours of CORE programming in question 7(a) reflects the average number of hours per week broadcast while the station was operational.
