To further explain our response to Questions 4 and 14 above, we broadcast the three hours of core programming per week in keeping with the station's core programming obligations. In addition, we air another three hours of core programming each week to fulfill the obligations of WOOD TV's multicast Doppler radar digital stream as contemplated by the Commission in its 2006 Order. The Doppler radar digital stream lacks the bandwidth to broadcast the core children's programming. The licensee has reviewed internal station records and documentation provided to us by program suppliers for compliance with the FCC's commercial limits in children's programs (47 C.F.R. Section 73.670) and the licensee hereby certifies that the station fully complied with these limits for all programs specifically designed for children ages twelve (12) and under.
