Each segment of Career Day delivers an educational and informational message that supports current social, intellectual and emotional aspects of children ages 13 and up. Attributes and advice emphasized by guests instill a grounded balance of priorities, dedication, and perseverance children can apply to their lives. Based on my extensive experience as an educator and principal in public education, it is my sincere opinion that the series Career Day complies with the FCC Children's Television Rules by furthering the educational and informational needs of children 13 years of age and up.

M@dAbout... explores being "green" and understanding how our actions impact the world. The M@dAbout... team find out about healthy snacks and proper exercise through sketch comedy segments. Music videos teach financial literacy and the importance of family budgeting. Animation reinforces concepts of cyber bully prevention. M@dAbout... uses the technique of sketch comedy, music videos, animation and kid on the street interviews to teach, entertain and inspire teens to make quality life decisions. The diverse and dynamic cast of young people who make up the M@dAbout... cast combine their natural curiosity with their enthusiasm to inform teens and their families about society's most important issues and life skills.

Section 73.670) and the licensee hereby certifies that the station fully complied with these limits for all programs specifically designed for children ages twelve (12) and under. In addition to the programs listed in this report, the station broadcast the following programs specifically designed for children ages twelve (12) and under: SONIC X, YU-GI-OH!, DRAGON BALL Z KAI, YU-GI-OH! 5DS. LIN of Wisconsin, LLC acquired WCWF on May 20, 2011. This form 398 includes information provided by the previous licensee, but LIN of Wisconsin, LLC only makes certifications for the period since that date.
