See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. Station W16AX went silent on August 13, 2014. Bristlecone Broadcasting LLC, licensee of W16AX, notified the Commission of the station's silent status and requested authority to remain silent in FCC File No. BLSTA-20140822ACF. The station resumed operations on March 11, 2015. The report reflects the children's programming that aired when the station resumed operations. During that time, W16AX also aired PSA's targeted toward children. Each of the PSA's addressed multiple chilren's issues such as internet safety, health, food choices, environmental awareness and the importance of education.
