See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. WBXN-CA airs over 150 PSA's per quarter, 60% of those targeting children ages 16 and under. These public service announcements deal with issues such as classroom honesty, youth voter participation, addiction, V-Chip information, autism, gun violence and child literacy. *******NOTE: During this quarter, WBXN-CA aired two episodes weekly of EDGEMONT, on Sundays at 9 and 9:30A. The EDGEMONT contract ended on 8/30/2012. Contracts for replacement programming at 9A and 9:30A -- ELIZABETH STANTON'S GREAT BIG WORLD and LIVE LIFE AND WIN! -- took effect 9/10 and 9/17, respectively. In the interim, WBXN-CA aired two episodes of WHADDYADO at 9A on 9/2 and 9/9 and three episodes of WILD AMERICA on 9/2, 9/9, and 9/16. Both were Core programs that aired throughout the quarter at regularly scheduled times. The fill-in episodes are listed in the report as Non-Core in Question 5. This situation has not occurred previously at WBXN-CA and is not expected to happen again.*******
