During the fourth quarter, WACH coordinates with SC DSS, Waiting Child WACH which is produced by our news department and features a child in need who is waiting to be adopted by a family. Teens to WACH is also produce by our news department, we chose a teen every month that is drug free, academically gifted and have worked hard to ensure they have a bright future. Weather School is where the WACH FOX weather team goes to local elementary and middle schools to read and educate the students in meterology. WACH also provides tours for day camps, boy scouts, cub scouts, church youth groups to educate them on broadcasting. Our Annual Share Your Holiday food drive was held this year on Thursday, December 4th collecting over 1.3 million pounds of food for the Harvest Hope Food Bank.
