This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. Because station ceased analog operations and converted to digital-only operations, Question 7(b) and 7(c) are not longer applicable. KFVE-TV, digital channel 22, certifies that all children's television programs carried this quarter with a target age range of 12 or under are identified in Attachment A. These programs were formatted so that, as amatter of standard policy and practice, the programs would not exceed the following commercial time limits in SS73.670(a) of the FCC's rules: Weekdays: 12:00 minutes in any hour-long program segment and 6:00 in any stand-alone half-hour program; Weekends: 10:30 minutes in any hour-long program segment and 5:15 in any stand-alone half-hour program. There were NO time periods this quarter during which the commercial time limits stated above were exceeded. Further, Station certifies that, during the quarter, it has complied with the commercial requirements of SS73.670(b), (c) & (d) of the FCC's rules regarding the display of Internet website addresses during 12-and-under children's programming, which requirements became effective January 2, 2007.
