KOTV broadcasts ThisTV Network on digital subchannel 19.2 effective April 1, 2011 until further notice. In addition to airing a schedule of educational and informational programming appropriate for children, KQCW serves this segment of the viewing audience in other ways. On-air personnel make appearances before children and pre-teens in the community talking about potential careers in broadcasting and what it's like to work at a television station. July-September, 2014, KQCW regularly broadcasts PSA's that highlight area events.
