Include any other comments or information you want the Commission to consider in evaluating your compliance with the Children's Television Act (or use this space for supplemental explanations). This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. Except as set forth herein, the children's programming and promotional content furnished to the Station during the 4th quarter of 2013 complied with the commercial limits of the Children's Television Act, and 47 C.F.R. 73.670(a)-(d). NBC's coverage of U. S. All American Bowl, Barclay's Premiere League Soccer, AT&T Gymnastics and Arnold Palmer Invitational caused Justin Time, Tree Fu Tom, Lazytown and Make Way For Noddy to air in different time periods and dates. Licensee preempted Lazytown and Make Way for Noddy on January 18. Licensee ran a crawl to notify viewers of the schedule change; however, due to a late schedule change, the preempted episodes did not air at the time indicated in the crawl. The episodes of Lazytown and Make Way for Noddy that were preempted from March 1, 2014 were scheduled to air on March 15, 2014. Due to a late change in the programming schedule from NBC to air the Paralympics on March 15, Licensee was unable to make good the episodes of Lazytown and Make Way for Noddy until March 23.
