Does the Licensee publicize the existence and location of the station's Children's Television Programming Reports (FCC 398) as required by 47 C.F.R. Section 73.3526(e)(11)(iii)? Yes
Name of children's programming liaison Vic Van Deventer

Include any other comments or information you want the Commission to consider in evaluating your compliance with the Children's Television Act (or use this space for supplemental explanations). This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. During the quarter, the station broadcast a multi-day telethon. During this time, the station's regular program schedule was suspended. At the end of the telethon, the regular program schedule resumed. The station routinely announces the telethon schedule. As the Commission's files reflect, the station normally airs 78 hours/week of core children's television programming or 6 x 13 hours/quarter. This represents 39 hours, on average, above the thirty-nine hours of children's television programming per quarter specified in Commission Rule 73.671 (Note 2). Accordingly, even during a quarter when the station airs its telethon, it is providing approximately 39 more hours of children's programming (78 hours vs. 39 hours) than specified in the Commission's requirements for routine staff processing.
