See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. During the period July 30, 2011 through July 24, 2012, KSBS was off the air under Silent STA. See CDBS file number 20110805AAW and Resumption of Service filed July 24, 2012. No children's programming submissions should be required when a station is off the air. In an abundance of caution to comply with the Commission's rules, however, the licensee is filing this report for the entirety of that period. Some of the responses herein require choices that do not necessarily fit the circumstance for this reason.
