Licensee's responses to this form therefore only apply to the station's digital program streams. After review of internal station records and documentation provided to us by program suppliers, the licensee hereby certifies as follows: (i) the only programs specifically designed for children ages twelve and under that the station broadcast this quarter are disclosed in this report, and (ii) the licensee fully complied with FCC commercial limits, as specified at 47 C.F.R. section 73.670, with respect fo these programs. NOTE ABOUT THIS REVISED REPORT: At the request of Video Division staff, this Q2 2013 KAZA-TV Form 398 is being refiled to correct inadvertent errors in the responses to Question 8(b) and Question 10. In Question 8(b), the total hours per week of Core programming aired on the KAZA-TV multicast channels during this time period was 5.08 hours, rather than the previously-reported 5.33 hours. In Question 10, two programs were listed as Core programs which should have been listed in Question 12 as Non-Core programming. They have been moved. Also in Question 10, the description of programming that aired on multicast stream 54.3 has been revised for better clarity. As instructed by FCC staff, a copy of the KAZA-TV Form 398 as originally filed is attached to this resubmission at Question 7(c), as proof of timely filing.
