Pearlie is an optimistic, light-hearted fairy who sees the good in everybody, but often gets into situations because her desire to help is larger than her capacity to deliver. Aimed for an audience within the 4- to 8-year-old range, episodes focus on the importance of following the rules, using good judgment and learning how to avoid getting into trouble.
