Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. | After due review of internal station records and documentation provided to us by program suppliers, the licensee hereby certifies that the station fully complied with the FCC's commercial limits in children's programming, as specified at 47 C.F.R. section 73.670, with respect to all programs specifically designated for children ages 12 and under. In regard to Core programming, KPTV lost the rights to the children's program "Cookin' With Cutty" with five weeks left in the quarter. The syndicator brokered a national deal which moved the program to a competitor's station before the 13 weeks were up. KPTV filled in the remaining 5 weeks with two other children's programs as listed. |
