As the Commission's files reflect, the station normally airs 6.0 hours per week of core children's television pregramming, or 78 hours per quarter, on its primary digital channel. Even during this quarter when the station aired its preemptive bi-annual telethon the station's quarterly children's programming was 78 hours which is 39 hours more (78 vs. 39 hours) for its primary digital channel than required by Commission Rule 73.671 (Note 2). Furthermore the station aired 67.8 hours per week of additional core children's television programming, or 882 hours for the quarter on its two digital sub-channels. This represents 810 hours, on average, above the seventy-two hours of additional children's television programming per quarter specified by the Commission in this circumstance.
