See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. KQCW terminated analog service February 17, 2009 and has answered questions 7b and 7c "yes" in order to avoid filing an unnecessary exhibit. KQCW broadcasts ThisTV Network on digital subchannel 19.2 effective April 1, 2011 until further notice. On Friday, June 22, 2012 beginning at 2:49p KQCW's transmitter experienced a technical difficulty resulting in a power transmitting loss of 50% and continued transmitting at this reduced level through Saturday, June 30, 2012, which includes childrens programming. This affected both KQCW and ThisTV Network as they are both on the same transmitter. In addition to airing a schedule of educational and informational programming appropriate for children, KQCW serves this segment of the viewing audience in other ways. On-air personnel from KQCW make appearances before children and pre-teens in the community talking about potential careers in broadcasting and what it's like to work at a television station.
