The start date for KSAT's new digital sub-channel, MeTV, is April 1, 2012. KSAT-TV broadcasts numerous public service announcements designed for children. These include public service announcements produced by ABC, as well as, locally produced and syndicated public service announcements regarding issues of health, education, substance abuse, and cultural and artistic endeavors. These public service announcements are part of a general rotation and run in all dayparts.
