Include any other comments or information you want the Commission to consider in evaluating your compliance with the Children's Television Act (or use this space for supplemental explanations). This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. STATION TOURS of KGTV are offered to children of all ages - from Scout groups eager to learn about the television business to high school students interested in Broadcasting and Journalism careers. Kids get an extensive tour of the station, have an opportunity to get in front of the camera and even watch a live newscast. 10LEADERSHIP AWARDS are presented to community leaders who have founded non-profit organizations or have been instrumental in organizing projects and fundraisers in San Diego. During the Second Quarter of 2012, one of our recipients was a husband and wife team who created "A Night to Remember Prom". This event enables Special Needs students to attend a first-class prom (at no cost) with 40 local high school students serving as their hosts. The purpose of the event is to integrate Special Needs students with typical high school students and not keep them separate. Another recipient created Athletes for Education (AFE). The goal of this organization is to help youth help themselves. Through AFE, many community leaders gave their participation and support to reach low-income and at-risk youth in local San Diego communities. After due review of internal station records and documentation provided to us by program suppliers, the licensee hereby certifies as follows: (1) the only programs specifically designed for children twelve and under that the station broadcast this quarter are disclosed in this report and (2) the licensee fully complied with the FCC's commercial limits, as specified at 47 C.F.R. Section 73.670, with respect to these programs. KGTV has terminated analog operations. Therefore questions 7(b) and 7(c) no longer are applicable.
