See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. Kerry Johnson, General Manager, attended the Wisconsin Broadcasters' Career Fair on January 23rd at the Concourse Hotel in Madison. He spoke to attendees regarding possible career opportunities at the station. On February 11th and 12th, Michelle Carolla, news anchor, gave a lecture on broadcast writing to a Mass Communications class at the University of Wisconsin. Michelle Carolla read to students at Kids Express on February 21st. Michelle Carolla hosted the Madison Lung Association Free to Breathe Yogathon on February 23rd. For Dr. Seuss' birthday, March 1st, Kids Express held Read Across America; Michelle Carolla and other local media read to children. She also hosted Music is the Mighty Medicine Benefit on March 20th, which raised money for the Badger Children's Cancer Fund. Michelle Carolla hosted the Lion's Eye Bank Annual Awards Breakfast that recognizes the top volunteers in the eye bank. On Saturdays, January 26th, February 2nd, 9th, and 16th at 8am, WMSN aired the four part Black College Quiz Show which features students from different universities competing against one another in a quiz show format. WMSN aired the following public service announcements geared towards children; National Arts & Humanities Youth Program, Free the Children, Do Something, Ad Council: Anti-Bullying, Partnership for a Drug-Free America, Children's Diabetes Foundation, Hispanic Scholarship Fund, and Love is Louder.
