Positive News Network provided programming services from June 1, 2015 until September 24, 2015 at which time the sale of WMNO to Positive News Network, Inc. was consummated. During June and July, programs supplied and produced by the previous owner, Studio 51 Multimedia Productions, Ltd. were broadcast. Effective August 1, 2015 the Heroes and Icons format was launched and programs supplied by the network were broadcast. All programs are broadcast on RF channel 28, virtual channel 22.1. WMNO-CD is digital and has no analog transmission component.
