See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. KJJC-TV's main program stream airs 24/7, and airs Core Programming on its main stream. As of September 30, 2019, KJJC-TV continues to air 5 additional digital streams, each broadcasting 168 hours per week. One of the additional streams is a 24/7 children's channel. All of the programs aired on it are E/I qualified so virtually all of the programming aired between 7:00am and 10:00pm on this stream qualifies as Core Programming under the Rules. As such, KJJC-TV is airing over 100 hours per week of Children's E/I programming which qualifies as Core Programming under the Rules. In this Report we document enough programming to demonstrate compliance with the Rules.
