Include any other comments or information you want the Commission to consider in evaluating your compliance with the Children's Television Act (or use this space for supplemental explanations). This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. 1) On Sunday 9/1/2019, the station launched a new D7 subchannel affiliated with the Home Shopping Network (HSN). HSN provides and the station airs 3.0 hours of weekly Core Programming each Tuesday from 10am-1pm. On Monday 9/9/2019 the station launched a new D6 subchannel affiliated with DABL Network. DABL provides and the station airs 3.0 hours of weekly Core Programming each Saturday from 9am-12pm. Because the new HSN and DABL program streams launched 2 weeks and 1 week (respectively) before the end of the applicable reporting period on 9/15/2019, the station has not included the Core Programming from the new D7 and D6 program streams in any of the Third Quarter calculations reported in the "Digital Core Programming" section. The station has included the programs for reference only in the "Digital Core Programs" section. 2) One or more episodes of children's programming that was preempted during the quarter was not rescheduled. The Digital Core Programming Summary section of this report would not permit the station to include preemption reports for such unrescheduled preemptions, and FCC Staff has advised that no preemption report for such unrescheduled episodes is necessary.
