On May 8, 2019 KDLH added another multicast channel to our station, Court TV. Each of these multicast program streams aired at least 3 hours of childrens Core EI programming each week that the streams aired on our station. On May 11, 2019 from 930am to 1030am, the KDLH transmitter failed and, as a result, shows were not aired during that time. Given the uncontrollable and unanticipated nature of the situation (similar to breaking news), it was not practicable to reschedule the shows, and we counted them as if they aired (similar to breaking news).
