KVVK ran PSA's during the quarter of interest to children covering topics such as drug abuse, child abuse, don't text and drive, etc. The station also hosted 14 students from the LDS Activity Day Group for a station tour in June. The children were also told about various job opportunities in broadcasting. Also this quarter the station participated in the MC Selah Days Parade and the MC High School Athlete of the Year Awards. These events were supported by airtime and a news segment.
