Although the series is standard in terms of story telling, that is, it does not incorporate some of the elements that we know extend a series' power in terms of teaching, Dive Olly Dive offers relatable characters and episodes that are clearly created with the intention of supporting a child's learning. In particular this series supports a child's social development and problem solving skills.
