The resulting half hour shortfall was made up by the inclusion of additional E/I programming in the stations 2nd Quarter core programming schedule on Sundays 10:30am 4/29/18 to 6/03/18. WDBD will move from channel 40 to 14 as part of the repack in August 2018. Due to a heavy schedule of network sports preemptions during the quarter and network changes made late in the quarter, the station was required to utilize additional second homes for Think Big, Xploration Awesome Planet, Xploration Earth 2050, Xploration Nature Knows Best. TBIG119 and TBIG120 aired on the first second home 12:30pm on 5/05/18 and 5/12/18. TBIG124 aired on the second second home 10:00am on 6/18. TBIG125 aired on the third second home 8:00am on 6/24. XAP135 and XAP136 aired on the first second home1:00pm on 5/5/18 and 5/12/18. XAP141 aired on the second second home 10:30am on 6/18/18. XAP142 aired on the third second home 8:30am on 6/24/18.
