See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. On 11/2/15, KCPQ began broadcasting This TV on 13.2. Effective 1/29/16, KCPQ began broadcasting Escape TV on 13.3. All preemptions on 13.1 were for Fox Network sports. There were 12 Sundays this quarter. On Sat-2/24, we received notice that the Sun-2/25 Fox NASCAR race would start 1 hour earlier. This displaced Xploration Earth 2050. It was rescheduled to 3pm on Sun-2/25, and had been promoted as such. However, due to a rain delay, only 5min of it aired, and at a later time than anticipated. For that reason, this same episode was rescheduled to air in full the following Sun-3/4 (as shown on the preemption report). Listings media were notified about the additional run, but it was not possible to schedule a crawl in the shortened/displaced program on 2/25.
