By basing the stories on the writing of elementary school students, ages 7-13, children get the message that their words have power, and that their voices are being heard. GSA gives students a real world connection to their writing. The objective of the series is to demonstrate models of behavior for teen viewers, allowing them to consider choices that they themselves may face, to witness the potential outcomes of these choices and gain positive tools that they can use to resolve issues and conflicts in a constructive way.
