After due review of internal station records and documentation provided to us by program suppliers, the licensee hereby certifies that the station fully complied with the FCC's commercial limits in children's programs, as specified at 47 C.F.R. Section 73.670. The station did not broadcast any programs specifically designed for children ages twelve and under. On 10/2/17, Xploration: Nature Knows Best (5.1) was preempted due to breaking news of the Las Vegas shooting. On 10/4/17, Xploration Earth 2050 (5.1) was preempted due to breaking news of President Trump visiting local hospitals. 5.2 (Bounce) changed part of its programming from Saturday to Sunday this quarter. The first run of Everyday Health and Vacation Creation started on Sunday 10/8. The programming was regularly scheduled and therefore complies with the hourly requirement.
