Therefore it is respectfully submitted that the rescheduled core programs should continue to count toward the stations three hour average consistent with Preemption of Children's Television Educational and Informational Programming 8 CR 1036 M Med Bur July 11 1997 LAFF DUE TO A TECHNICAL ERROR, 10.5 HOURS OF LAFF NETWORK PROGRAMMING THAT AIRED BETWEEN 9/10/16 AND 10/15/16 DID NOT CONTAIN THE E/I SYMBOL. THE TECHNICAL ISSUE HAS SINCE BEEN RESOLVED, AND ALL REGULARLY SCHEDULED LAFF E/I PROGRAMMING HAS INCLUDED THE E/I SYMBOL AS OF 10/22/16.
